Artist's Statement

Originally from South Africa, I have lived in Norfolk for more than 20 years. I love creating and enjoy painting and crafting. I am inspired by nature, light and peaceful scenes and find inspiration in various places, including the beautiful Norfolk wildlife. I have been more focused on painting in more recent years, having rediscovered my love for it.

I love working in different mediums but have a particular fondness for acrylics and soft pastels. I have a particular leaning towards sunsets/sunrises recently – I love the beautiful colours that come out and there is something about cloudy sunsets that I find particularly beautiful.
