I retired to West Norfolk a few years ago after a long and busy career working in London. I am a self taught artist , having had no formal training. My favourite topics are landscapes (especially reflections on water), lakes and mountains. I also enjoy painting flowers, gardens and animal portraits.

Much of my inspiration for landscapes comes from holidays spent in the Lake District, and more recently in Andalucia. The expansive skies of Norfolk also have their own capricious beauty whatever the season.
