Sometimes things come together; shape, colour, perception, mood and receptivity are such that they allow a small epiphany, a tiny, bright glimpse of an ordering of forms that is special; and like many small things they have an importance out of proportion to their size.

These occurrences come often unbidden but they have within them wonder and delight and a sense of rightness. This view is right because it is right, not because of some rule or law or arbitrary fashion but because it has harmony and elegance.

It is these things that I attempt to pursue and make real in some way using photography, painting and 3D assemblages.
