Music, Art and Life The sources of my artworks are the landscape of places I visit and live in, the people I meet and know, events that take place in my life.  Music is a big influence on the art I make too as I listen to it all the time when I'm working and I try to make music of my own as well.  Words and titles become important either during or after a work is made. As an eternal optimist my expression of these things in my art comes through in joyous colour and expressive form.  The choice of materials and accidental incidents during the making will lead me towards a resolution that is often unpredictable

Drawing, painting, construction, and collage are the raw the expressions of how I feel about my subject matter and I like to try and make my computer do unusual things with photographic images.   I like to interfere with the technology by using the equipment in unconventional ways. I'm investigating the possibilities of Internet and digital technology to make art online an interactive experience. In addition I'm also becoming interested in site specific installation work and video pieces using all of the above
